Studio Terms & Conditions
Whoever makes the booking (either online, by phone, by email, or in person) is responsible for arranging payment for the session. They will be the ‘responsible person’ for the booking and during the session. We accept payment by cash or credit / debit card, or by bank transfer.
If you unable to make it to your session, please let us know as soon as you can. We charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations and no-shows. This fee will be charged to the ‘responsible person’.
More than 72 hours: No charge
72 hours or less: 50% of booking cost
24 hours or less: 100% of booking cost
Damage to Equipment
Studio equipment damaged due to misuse/abuse (general wear and tear excluded) will be charged to the ‘responsible person’. If any equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to the studio staff immediately.
You must leave the room at the end of your booked time, so please leave enough time at the end of your session to pack down and tidy up. Failure to leave on-time may result in a fee being charged to the ‘responsible person’ (£16 minimum). Remember, someone might be using the room after you!
To make sure everyone has the opportunity to have a good time we’ve made a small list of house rules. Breaking rules may result in either a warning, or a temporary/permanent ban, decided at our discretion.
Respectful, civil and friendly behaviour is expected from everyone, including studio staff.
Treat our backline equipment with care, it’s provided free for everyone to enjoy.
Keep track of time! Leave yourself enough time at the end of the session to make sure you finish on time. Consider booking longer sessions if you’re often running out of time.
We don’t sell alcohol, but we will allow it in the studio in moderation if behaviour is kept under control.
Food and drink is allowed in the studio, but please try not to make a mess. If you do, no worries! But please clean it up before the end of your session.
Protect your ears! We provide hearing protection if you want it, just ask. Hearing damage is not fun, and is easily preventable.
Use of illegal drugs on our property is not tolerated.
Aggressive, antisocial or threatening behaviour is not tolerated.
